Welcome to the Kingston Metropolitan Region Shout Box. The difference between a Shout Box and the Chat Room is that while conversations in chats are live, in shout boxes the text remains in time, so it is possible to leave messages so people can see them when they log in. Like in the Chat Room, here you can discuss the issues concern you about the community where you live and think together in ways to improve and solve them. You can comment the web page as well.
To get started you just have to choose a a nickname (please be consistent so other members of the community are available to recognise you each time you log in), type your message below and press "Post". If you want to register your name so nobody else can use it but you just click on "Open User Panel", then press "Register a name" and follow the given instructions. The page refreshes automatically every 30 seconds, but you can refresh it whenever you want by clicking the "Refresh" button.
